0. Esquema del proceso

A continuación se muestra a modo esquemático el proceso general de integración que seguimos en char. Puedes acceder a cada apartado o paso para ver los detalles del mismo.


1. Contacto inicial y estudio de viabilidad

1.1. Solicitud

El interés para integrar diferentes sistemas del hotel mediante char pmslink puede tener 2 orígenes:

  • Por la necesidad de una operación concreta
  • Por interés general de un equipo o sistema sin que este relacionado con una operación concreta.

En cualquiera de los casos, nuestro equipo de integración estará encantado de atender tu petición. Puedes ponerte en contacto con nosotros mediante este enlace.

1.2. Conversación inicial

La confianza y la colaboración son fundamentales para que una integración sea exitosa. Por ello, al inicio de cada proceso de integración realizamos una reunión para conocernos mutuamente, comprender la actividad de ambas empresas, conocer los objetivos de la integración etc.

Para ello, una vez recibida la petición de integración, una persona de nuestro equipo se pondrá en contacto para agendar una cita.

1.3. NDA

Por parte de char no es necesario en ningún caso formalizar un NDA con el solicitante de una integración. Mientras dura el proceso de integración la información que se necesita intercambiar no debe exceder el ámbito publico, y consideramos dentro de ese ámbito todo lo que ya esta disponible públicamente en nuestra WEB y documentación. Exceden de este ámbito detalles sobre personas o departamentos no involucrados, políticas comerciales, resultados, y en general todo lo que no sea del ámbito técnico y sea o haya sido accesible y facilitado en alguna ocasión.

En el caso de char, el acuerdo tecnológico final ya debe contemplar la debida confidencialidad en otros aspectos de la relación.

Por parte del solicitante, podrá requerir la formalización de NDA en cualquier momento de la relación. Por nuestra parte simplemente se estudiará el contenido para determinar que no se excede en sus requerimientos y/o contiene exigencias imposibles de cumplir.

1.4. Coste y política de integraciones

Integramos nuestro sistema con cualquier tipo de equipo hotelero que sea de distribución masiva, o que por la tipología del sistema resulte interesante para el negocio. En nuestro apartado de sistemas integrados puedes ver la lista de todos los sistemas con los que nos integramos.

Por otro lado, integrar con pmslink no conlleva ningún coste.


2. Acuerdo de integración

2.1. Funcionalidades

A la hora de definir el alcance de la integración, es indispensable acordar las funcionalidades que se van a requerir, y por tanto, la información a intercambiar entre los diferentes sistemas. Abajo puedes ver las diferentes posibilidades que ofrece char pmlsink en función del tipo de sistema a integrar. 2.2. Prioridad

Nuestra política general es de “First In First Out”. Sin embargo, si hay alguna situación de urgencia, somos flexibles y podemos aumentar la prioridad de una integración.

2.3. Ficha de alcance

Una vez decididas las funciones a integrar y el API y los métodos que vamos a utilizar, te enviaremos el “Acuerdo de alcance de integración” para validar las decisiones y de este modo poder empezar con las tareas de desarrollo.

  • Una vez firmado, añadiremos tu solicitud a nuestro backlog de desarrollo.
  • Nuestra política es ir realizando los desarrollos de integración según el orden de la petición. First in, First out.
  • Dependiendo de la cantidad de trabajo que tengamos, podremos iniciar antes o después el desarrollo.
  • En la fecha de inicio, nos pondremos en contacto contigo para avisarte.

3.1. Integración mediante API de char

3.1.1. Acceso y análisis API

  • Los APIs de char se consideran públicos y el objetivo es que sean accesibles públicamente en la WEB de pmslink.
  • En el caso de API’s no publicados estos serán facilitados al solicitante.
  • En cualquier caso el equipo de desarrollo del solicitante deberá hacer un análisis previo del API en cualquier momento del proceso, de forma que una vez aceptada la integración se pueda mantener un contacto para aclarar dudas u conceptos y delimitar el alcance de la integración.

3.1.2. Especificaciones funcionales

Basándose en las funcionalidades requeridas, se definirán los métodos de integración a utilizar, los datos intercambiados etc. De este modo se hará una previsión de plazos de desarrollo y pruebas y determinaremos el entorno de pruebas adecuado: Simuladores, drivers, etc. 

Esta información se recopilará en documento de especificaciones que formalice el acuerdo de integración que será compartido con el solicitante.

3.1.3. Entorno de pruebas

En todos los casos char facilitará un entorno de pruebas para dar soporte al desarrollo de la integración.

3.1.4. Soporte a la integración

Durante el proceso de desarrollo se atenderán todas las peticiones, dudas y sugerencias que pueda formular el solicitante. Char atenderá todas los posibles trabajos de desarrollo (nuevas formas de enlace, requerimientos de seguridad, funcionalidades, métodos, datos, etc) que se puedan plantear siempre que puedan ser de interés general para otros usuarios.

Mantenemos un contacto regular con el solicitante, interesándonos por la evolución y ofreciendo apoyo, de forma que podamos percibir claramente que el proceso de integración esta activo y continua siendo de su interés.

3.1.5. Validación técnica

  • Acordaremos un día y una hora para las pruebas de validación.
  • Utilizaremos la ficha de integración de guía para la validación.
  • En caso de correcciones necesarias, se agenda.
  • En caso de integración ok, empezaremos una semana de seguimiento, y al finalizar, daremos por finalizada la integración. Te enviaremos un email para confirmarlo.
  • Tu equipo estará listo para la instalación en hoteles.

3.1.6. Acuerdo tecnológico

La firma de nuestro acuerdo tecnológico implica:

  • El reconocimiento mutuo como sistemas integrados.
  • El compromiso mutuo de colaborar en mejorar / ampliar esa integración si fuera necesario o deseable por cualquiera de las partes para mejorar el servicio a los usuarios finales.
  • Términos de NDA básicos.
  • Autorización para fines promocionales, de marketing, para uso de marcas y logos.
  • Términos básicos de protección de datos.

3.2. Integración mediante tu API

3.2.1. Análisis de desarrollo

Basándonos en las funcionalidades que se quieren obtener, realizaremos un análisis de para comprobar la factibilidad de la integración. Solo en los casos necesarios se consultará con los contactos técnicos facilitados del sistema a integrar sobre dudas, incidencias o problemas que pudieran ser detectados.

3.2.2. Entorno de pruebas

Para poder realizar la integración con garantías de calidad, es necesario que el solicitante nos facilite un entorno de pruebas desde el inicio del proceso de desarrollo, para que podamos ir realizando pruebas de manera fiable y autónoma.

3.2.3. Implementación

3.2.4. Ficha técnica y driver

3.2.5. Certificación / Validación técnica

Se realizarían los pasos necesarios para realizar la certificación formal con el sistema integrado de acuerdo a sus procedimientos. Esto puede incluir:

  • La coordinación y realización de test y pruebas técnicas.
  • La formalización de documento / acuerdo integración, incluyendo referencia comercial del interface por parte del sistema integrado.
  • El envío de documentación, videos, imágenes, gráficos con contenido técnico/comercial para market del sistema integrado. Coordinación de noticia en redes sociales, etc.

4. Comunicación

4.1. Comunicación por parte de char

Por una parte, a la finalización del proceso de integración se registrara oficialmente el sistema integrado en la lista de nuestra página web.

Por otro lado, difundiremos la noticia de la nueva integración a través de nuestros canales habituales:

En caso de que desees difundir la noticia, o añadir esta nueva integración en tu marketplace, te ofreceremos el apoyo necesario y te facilitaremos el material que nos solicites (logotipo, texto resumen, imágenes etc.)


5. Colaboración

Una vez que tengas tu equipo integrado con cientos de sistemas hoteleros mediante pmslink, viene la etapa de instalaciones y ventas. Cada vez que necesites…
