¿Quién es un distribuidor de char pmslink?
Se considera y aplican condiciones de distribución cuando la factura se realiza directamente al profesional que compra la licencia o contrata el servicio para suministrarlo a un tercero (hotel).
Modelo de relación
Prescriptor:
Simplemente se prescribe, al hotel interesado en la integración, char pmslink como medio adecuado y nosotros contactamos con el cliente y coordinamos la instalación. NO se aplicarán los descuentos mencionados en las tarifas.
Distribuidor:
Como medio embebido en el sistema a integrar o abiertamente re facturándolo al comprador, el distribuidor asume la factura y pago de la licencia o servicio suministrado a un tercero.
Formación a distribuidores
Se realiza de forma remota en las ocasiones en que sea demandada.
Para que los descuentos por formación sean efectivos, tanto en instalación como en mantenimiento, las personas que lo realicen y comuniquen con char, deberán haber recibido formación previa, al menos en una ocasión.
El precio de la sesión de formación es de 180 €, 4 horas en un máximo de dos jornadas, sin límite de asistentes.

Purchase of licence for use
The licence purchase gives the perpetual right to use the purchased system, as is, and for the licensed rooms and devices.
The purchase is done on a one-off payment basis and a specific identifier is provided for that licence which will allow pmslink to run.
The supply is carried out online, providing the licence identifier and links for downloading the product installer.
Optionally, it is possible to contract the installation of the purchased system, as well as the technical support service for annual periods.
Software Subscription
It gives the right to use the contracted licence for the contracted period, usually one year, renewable automatically or by means of a new subscription.
The subscription includes everything necessary for the provision of the service:

General terms and conditions
For any acquisition formula, the minimum licensing quantity shall be 50 rooms, and for the purpose of calculating amounts, the maximum price shall be that corresponding to 500 rooms, irrespective of whether those licensed exceed this quantity.
Licences of more than 1,000 rooms are considered as projects, studied according to their particular characteristics, and are only provided upon acceptance of the offer made in each case.

La compra de licencia da derecho perpetuo al uso del sistema adquirido, tal y como es, y para las habitaciones y dispositivos licenciados.
La adquisición se realiza mediante un pago único, facilitándose un identificador específico para esa licencia que permitirá la ejecución de pmslink.
El suministro se realiza de forma online, facilitando el identificador de licencia y enlaces para la descarga del instalador del producto.
Opcionalmente es posible la contratación de instalación del sistema adquirido, así como de servicio de soporte técnico por periodos anuales.
Suscripción de Software
Da derecho al uso de la licencia contratada durante el periodo contratado, habitualmente un año, renovable de forma automática o mediante una nueva suscripción.

General terms and conditions
Para cualquier fórmula de adquisición, la cantidad mínima de licenciamiento será de 50 habitaciones, y a efectos del cálculo de importes, el precio máximo será el correspondiente a 500 habitaciones, independientemente de si las licenciadas exceden esta cantidad.
Licenciamientos de más de 1.000 habitaciones son considerados como proyectos, estudiados de acuerdo a sus características particulares, y solo se suministran mediante la aceptación de la oferta que se realice en cada caso.

Prices for selected systems and room numbers, applying the distributor discounts:
(1)LICENSE: 25% of discount in both, license purchase and SaaS options.
(2)INSTALLATION: If you are a "Trained Distributor" (see more info), you can carry out the installations autonomously, and therefore you would not have to pay for it.
(3)
ANNUAL MAINTENANCE: If you are a "Trained Distributor" (see more info), you can do the maintenance for your customers. In addition, you can contract second level maintenance to char (we offer the maintenace service to you, but not to the final client). In this case, the cost would be 50% less than the cost shown in the example.
Special discount of 5% for annual maintenance in case of automatic renewal. The automatic renewal of maintenance must be confirmed when the service is contracted.
INSTALLATION: € 150 on which a 100% discount will be applied on annual subscription and payment in advance.
