pmslink for Automation Systems
Facilitates the connection of the Automation system to the hotel
Integrate the Automation system with the hotel PMS in a simple way

pmslink provides value to all parties involved
Increases the added value of the Automation System
Facilitates integration with the PMS
Allows to obtain rooms occupancy information from the PMS System and send in-room sensors and button events to the PMS and other Hotel Systems.
Adapts to the Automation system API
Adapts to the API provided by the Automation system and its certification processes.
If no API is available, standard API and technical support for its development is provided.
Immediate integration with hundreds of PMS
Automatically integrates the Automation system with over 150 PMS systems with a single API.
Integrates with any required PMS
In the case of non-integrated, new or unsupported PMS system, the connection is facilitated when it is required, at no additional cost in the case of mass distributed PMS systems.
Manages the evolution of integrated systems
Adapts to new features and/or functionalities of the integrated system in a transparent way.
Visibility in integrated Automation & Energy Efficiency systems
Incorporation of the Automation system to the systems already integrated by char, helping the Hotel to make a decision on its acquisition thanks to the compatibility between the systems.
Allows to exploit the full potential of the Automation system and get the most out of its investment
Optimize in-room energy consumption
Automatically send room occupancy data from PMS to Automation System so it can activate/deactivate air conditioning and any other energy system based on room status (free, occupied, expected entry, etc.).
Helps to keep the system operating continuously
Keeps the systems monitored, helping to detect and correct incidents.
Exploit information from buttons and sensors in the room to improve processes
Pmslink helps to notify to the different hotel systems (PMS, housekeeping, mobile APP, etc.) about events generated by buttons and sensors installed in the room (request housekeeping, DND, person in the room, etc.).
Integrates with the Automation and PMS systems that are required
In the case of non-integrated, new or unsupported Automation / PMS systems, the connection is facilitated when it is required, at no additional cost in the case of mass distributed systems.
Facilitates changes in a transparent manner
In case of changes in the involved systems (Automation system, PMS, Others) the functionality is transparently maintained.
Adapts to any architecture
Facilitates connection (local, remote, centralised) in a way that is the most cost-effective and functional for the hotel without hindering the optimisation of its systems.
It enhances the value that a PMS can offer to its customers by providing great connectivity to other systems.
Enhances integrations with Automation systems
Facilitates, in an immediate way, the integration with several of Automation systems.
Manages the evolution of the integrated systems
Adapts to new specifications and features of the integrated systems in a transparent way.
Facilitates the CLOUD connection to local Automation systems
Solves, in a transparent way, the connection with local Automation systems.
Helps in special projects
It allows to meet the needs of projects involving highly specified requirements and/or complex architectures.
The integration requires no development efforts for the PMS
pmslink adapts to its standard API or interfaces with the Automation system (emulation) that the PMS already has. If these are not available, a standard API and implementation support is provided.
Enhances its Market
If it is available, it provides hotels with the ability to integrate the PMS with more than 150 hotel systems and equipment (view integrated Automation & Energy systems).
pmslink allows to exploit the full potential of the Automation System*
In-room Energy Consumption optimisation
The integration with the automation system allows the sensors and automation systems to control the "working mode" of each room depending on the occupancy information (free, occupied, expected entry, etc.) of the room.
Detection of person in room

Information provided by in-room sensors can be transmitted to other hotel systems (Housekeeping, PMS, etc) to let them know whether there is any person inside the room or not. In this way, decisions can be made to:
Replenishment of the minibar in the absence of a guest. Carrying out cleaning in the room Carry out maintenance tasks in the room by the hotel's technical/maintenance staff. Know, from reception, whether the room is occupied or not.
‘Do Not Disturb’ button

The PMS system (and other systems like PBX, Housekeeping, etc) can be notified that the room is in "Do Not Disturb" status requested by the guest throughout button in the room.
Room cleaning button

In case of having a button to request room cleaning, this notification will be sent to the systems involved for this purpose (PMS, mobile applications used by hotel staff, etc.).
Avoiding possible forgetfulness in the Safe Box

If the hotel has an "open/closed" security safe box sensor, this information can be sent to other systems (PMS, etc) to prevent the guest from leaving something behind when checking out.
Room Comfort/Temperature control

Guest information and preferences can be send from PMS (or other hotel systems) to Automation System to:
Automate room temperature levels when the room is occupied by the guest, based on their preferences. Switch on the air-conditioning system some time before the guest's arrival to ensure a comfortable entry into the room. Switching off the air-conditioning system when the room is not occupied.
