Guests do not need to ask for an Internet access code at reception, as they will be able to access the hotel's wifi network from their devices using their name/surname and room number.
Personalised WiFi service
Automatically provides additional WiFi speed for special guest profiles (VIP, etc) based on the information provided from the PMS.
Internet charges
In cases where the hotel offers a paid Internet service, either to improve bandwidth or browsing speed, the charges will be sent to the PMS system to be billed at checkout.
