About Oracle Hospitality
Before it was bought by Micros, Opera PMS was originally called Fidelio. Micros was bought a while ago by Oracle, and is the new owner of Opera PMS.

INTEGRATION WITH PBX / VOICE SYSTEMS
If you want to integrate any PBX or Voice Communication System supported by char with Oracle Hospitality, you need to ask the Hotel to have the following interface activated:

Select the PBX / Voice Communication system to be integrated by char pmslink for more details about the scope of integration between both systems.
If you don’t find the PBX system in our supported voice systems, please contact us in order to be added through our integration program
INTEGRATION WITH HOTSPOT SYSTEMS
If you want to integrate a Hotspot System supported by char with Oracle Hospitality, you need to ask the Hotel to have the following interface activated:

Select the Hotspot (Wi-Fi) system to be integrated by char pmslink for more details about the scope of integration between both systems.

INTEGRATION WITH IPTV SYSTEMS
If you want to integrate an IPTV system, supported by char, with Oracle Hospitality, you need to ask the hotel to have the following interface activated:

Room Status Interface, to receive the housekeeping states from Opera, has been also certified with Oracle Hospitality. In case this interface must be activated, you need to ask the Hotel to have the following interface activated:
