Easy key card recording for Cloud PMS
A User Interface is displayed within the PMS itself (iframe) with options related to the reservation, occupants, additional accesses and particularities of the electronic locking system.
From the user's action, the key card recording process will be carried out, showing results, transparently for the PMS and making pmslink keycard connections and processes that are necessary.
Facilitates Cloud PMS access to local servers
The PMS will make an http request to the key card recording endpoint, providing the necessary parameters for pmslink keycard to carry out the process against the server of the electronic lock system, additional recorders, and other elements involved, autonomously and transparently for the PMS, returning results synchronously for each request.
Use of any encoder, dispenser and printer
pmslink keycard will route the process to the desired encoder by adjusting the connections, options and procedures to be performed transparently to the PMS and the electronic locking system.
Mobile Keys for guests
Mobile Keys are available for guests whether they use the locking system's APP or the hotel's guest APP.
